You can email us, use our contact form, call or come into our showroom to speak to us in person.
Yes, we have a large showroom with a number of different garments for you to see. If you have any specific garments you would like to look at, please advise us 24 hours beforehand and we will get those garments in for you to see, feel and try on. we are more than happy to discuss your designs in person and show you examples face to face of our previous work.
You can find us on the A51, next to the BP petrol station. Free parking right outside our door.
We are open 9 am - 5 pm weekdays. Email is of course 24/7
You can pay by debit card, cheque, PO or cash. Minimum 50% deposit or Credit card details.
We usually take 5-10 working days from approval of artwork. If you need your order for a specific date or sooner than this, please let us know when ordering and we will try to accomodate you.
You can do both. We will notify you when your order is ready to collect at our showroom. If you wish to have your order posted out directly, we are happy to do so for a postage fee. Please notify us when orderingif you wish to have your order posted.
Once an order is placed and it is in production we will unable to cancel or chnage your order.
We accept a rsange of artwork depending on the style of decoration you require. The higher resolution the artwork, the better the print will be. Please see our Design requirements page for more information.
It depends on the level of touching up or editing required. Please contact us directly and we will see if we can help.
We will print and embroider your own garments at your own risk. Please read and sign our terms and conditions before we proceed.
Embriodery samples are provided by email as part of your set up. For sample garments and sizes, please contact us directly.
Set up depend on the style of decoration you are having. DTG printing for example, has no set up fee as everything is done digitally from your original artwork. However, there is a one off set up fee for embroidery due to the time it takes to digitise yout logo into a format that our embroidery machines will understand. The price depends on the complexity of your design, size of design etc. Please contact us for a quote.
Once we have set up your logo, we keep it on our system for any future embroidery with us. Each digitised design is set up in a unique way for our specific embroidery machines; the file is a unique interpretation of your original design. If you would like a digitised version of your logo, we are happy to release this file to you via email for £50 plus VAT.
