How do I place an order?

You can order online, email us, call or come into our showroom to speak to us in person.

Can I come in and speak to you in person?

Yes, we have a large showroom with a number of different garments for you to see. If you have any specific garments you would like to look at, please advise us 24 hours beforehand and we will get those garments in for you to see, feel and try on. we are more than happy to discuss your designs in person and show you examples face to face of our previous work.

Where is Darts Chester located?

You can find us on the A51, next to the Esso (used to be BP) petrol station. Free parking right outside our door.

What are your opening hours?

Our offices are open 9 am - 5 pm weekdays. 

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once an order is placed and it is in production, we will be unable to cancel or change your order.

How do I add my logo or design to an item?

Adding your personalisation to an item is really easy. Simply click on the purple "Personalise Product" button and follow the steps given.
